1. Please contact our sales staff for the "cc300setmac" file and copy the file to the root directory of your USB flash drive.
2. Prepare a USB flash drive, connect it to the thin client with the MAC problem and power it on.
3. Once the thin client is fully booted and reaches the desktop, insert the USB flash drive containing the MAC address file.
4. Wait about 30 seconds and a window will appear on your device showing that the MAC address rewrite was successful.
