In this guide, we will cover how to add memory and storage to a fanless mini PC (model P05B-i7-8550U).
Step 1: Remove the chassis screws (if any) and remove the chassis. The 4 holes marked in the picture above are the hard drive holes.
Step 2: Plug in memory.
Step 3：plug in wifi module and mSATA SSD, using screw to fix them.
Step 4: Push and fix the inner antennas to the wifi module.
Step 5: Remove the SATA cable from the mini PC packaging, prepare the 2.5-inch hard drive, and then connect the SATA cable and power cable to the 2.5-inch hard drive.
Step 6: Plug the SATA power cable into the white power pins on the motherboard.
Step 7: Plug the SATA Data cable to the SATA data socket on motherboard.
Step 8: Secure the drive to the back case using the screws included in the mini PC package (screw holes are shown in the first picture).
Step 9: Close the chassis cover and secure the chassis with the screws included in the Mini PC package, the PC is now ready to load the operating system.
