Recently, some customers reported that his Mini PC could not normally enter the desktop, when booting up, it shows blue screen. After analysis, it was mostly caused by system faults and driver programs. As it is too cumbersome to remake the system startup disk, here we suggest a simpler system restore method to solve the related problems encountered in the process of using the mini pc. (Note: this method is only applicable to the blue screen caused by system failure, not work for hardware failure.)
Fault description 1: Unable to enter the system normally after startup, and the desktop is stuck on the "welcome" page all the time, like shows in this picture 1:

Now let's learn WinRE first before introducing the method of restoring the system through Microsoft's own restore system "WinRE". Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) is a recovery environment that can repair common causes of unbootable operating systems. WinRE is based on Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE), and can be customized with additional drivers, languages, Windows PE Optional Components, and other troubleshooting and diagnostic tools. By default, WinRE is preloaded into the Windows 10 and Windows 11 for desktop editions (Home, Pro, Enterprise, and Education) and Windows Server 2016, and later, installations.

Way enter WinRE (apply only when system cannot be logged in):
Step 1. Press and hold the Mini PC’s power button for 10 seconds to turn off the PC.
Step 2. Press the power button again to turn on the PC.
Step 3. When Windows start logo(
) shows, press the power button immediately for 10 seconds to turn off the mini pc, or directly unplug the power adapter from the Mini PC to turn it off.
Step 4. Press the power button again to turn on the Mini PC.
Step 5. When Windows restarts, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to turn off your PC or directly unplug the power adapter connector from the PC.
Step 6. Press the power button again to turn on the device. (repeatedly shut down twice within 2 minutes, and the third time PC will automatically enter winer mode)
Step 7. Let the device restart completely to enter WinRE, as shown in picture 4 below:

Now follow the below pictures step by step to restore the system, this guide could not 100% guarantee the integrity of your data. It is recommended to back up important data before operation. 
After the restore operation is completed, the system will restart several times. You don't need to do anything. The restore takes about 20 minutes. Below is pictures shows during the several times’ auto restarting.
