Some buyers want to use Windows XP in special industrial use, usually we will set the sff pc to be usable, but due to the strict shipping policy of e-EMS, the CMOS battery in the sff pc can not be shipped, so some users in countries with e-EMS shipping method need to buy the CMOS battery locally and insert it into the sff pc when they receive the sff pc.
To use the sff pc correctly, we need to do some BOIS setup after loading the CMOS battery into the computer, otherwise the Windows XP system will not work.
1. Press Delete key to enter Bios when turn on the sff pc, and go to Advanced, find SATA Configuration
2. Press Enter key to select and enter SATA Mode Selection
3. Select IDE
Save above BIOS setting and restart your windows xp to use it as it should be.
