Therefore, when installing linux system, if you use other ports instead of HDMI2, the installation page may not be displayed or the display may be abnormal. To solve this problem, we have updated the BIOS version, after updating the BIOS, disable the HDMI2 port in the BIOS to solve the problem.
Note: After disabling the HDMI2 port, this model can only realize dual-screen display output, and the HDMI2 built-in output port function will be disabled.

A: Flashing BIOS is risky, in order to avoid the phenomenon of no display after flashing BIOS, please contact your vendor to get the BIOS file. When contacting your vendor, you should provide the current BIOS version of your model and provide the screenshot of the main page when you enter the BIOS, so that the vendor can provide you with the matching BIOS file.

Press the On/Off button, then quickly hit the Delete key on the keyboard to enter BIOS, provide the version number after the project version or screenshot.
How to update BIOS?
1, Prepare a USB flash drive with a capacity greater than 4GB, formatted as Fat 32.
2, Unzip the folder and copy all files in the folder to the root directory of the USB flash drive.
3, Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of the model you need to update the BIOS, press the switch button and then quickly hit the keyboard Delete key to enter the BIOS, select Save & Exit>Launch EFI Shell from filesystem device>Enter the EFI Shell mode, check the Removable HdrdDisk-Alias disk name, such as disk fs1: when in the Shell>type fs1: and press Enter, fs1:>type F and press Enter, will start to update the BIOS, wait for the BIOS update to complete, when the FPT Operat ion successful. Press the switch button to turn off the computer.
