This guide shows how to install windows 10 to mini pcs, other windows os can refer to this guide directly.
First, Prepare empty 8G USB flash disk, install UltraISO, and make OS file *.iso ready for use.
Then, Boot from USB and open UltraISO
1. Click File and click open to select the OS file *.iso
2. Bootable-write Disk Image
3. writing to the USB flash disk
4. Writing finished and bootable USB Win 10 system now ready.
Now let’s begin Windows 10 installing to fanless mini pc.
1. make sure you have the above USB bootable win 10 os ready, and also a new fanless mini pc ready with ram and storage, of cause monitor, keyboard and mouse must be ready too.
2. Press SW to power on the mini pc, and then press F11, select USB booting and press Enter on keyboard.
3. go into Windows Setup,click Next
4. Click Install now
5. Select “I accept the license terms”and then click next
6. Click Custom to install Windows
7.1. Click next directly to install win 10 if you don’t want to make disk partition
7.2 if you need to make disk partition, click New then arrange the size, click apply(if go with step 7.1 pls ignore this step)
8. Selet the Partation and click next to go installing screen
9. Computer will auto restart after finished installing, press F11 once it restart and then select the disk booting mode
After the above setting, now windows 10 already install successfully. Other Windows system like windows 7 or 8 can just follow the same steps above.
