The latest Intel CPUs (6th and 7th generation CPUs) do not have integrated USB 3.0 drivers, so the mouse and keyboard will not work when Windows 7 is installed on the computer.
Step 1. We need a USB flash drive with win7 system on it and a tool: windows usb installer, if you don’t have it you can click to download here.
Step 2. Run the software as an administrator.
This step will take about 20 minutes, so please be patient.
Once you have done everything, close this window and you are ready to use the USB mouse and keyboard.
