To successfully create this RAID 1 setup, we need to have two hard disks preinstalled: one M.2 SATA hard disk and one SATA SSD/HDD.
Step 1: . As photo show ,setting the SATA hard disk mode.
Then “Enter”
Step 2: Chipset---Sata and RST configuration, then”Enter”
Step 3: SATA mode selection
Step 4: After selecting "SATA mode selection" and pressing "Enter", choose "Intel RST premium with Intel Optane System Acceleration". Press F4 to save the changes and confirm by selecting "YES".
Step 5: After rebooting, press "Delete" to enter the BIOS. Once inside the BIOS, select "Intel® Rapid Storage Technology" as shown in the photo below.
Step 6: Create RAID volum as below two pictures’ guide.
Step 7: Choose RAID 1 (Mirror), as shown in the pictures below, and select both "x" options. At the end, the volume will be created as shown in the photo.
Now, everything is complete, and the RAID 1 setup has been successfully created.
