Occasionally, we include a complimentary Bluetooth keyboard and mouse with AIO PC orders. While the English version keyboard easily connects to the PC, users may encounter difficulty with other versions like ES or DE. Below, we provide detailed instructions to assist with the setup.
Prior to beginning, ensure you have four AAA batteries available: two for the mouse and two for the keyboard.
Step 1. Put the batteries to mouse and keyboard.
Step 2. Power on the AIO PC and boot into the Windows 10 system. Connect another wired or wireless mouse to the AIO to proceed with the following steps. Navigate to the Start menu and access the settings, as depicted in the image below. Then, sequentially enter the configuration page.
Now we will enter “Add a device” window, turn on the mouse, wait for the system to search for mouse and select connect.
When it shows “Your device is ready to go!” on the screen, it means the mouse connected OK, click “Done”.
Step 3. Next, let's proceed to connect the Bluetooth mouse following the instructions provided in the images below. It's crucial to note two additional steps compared to connecting the mouse, as depicted above. First, press the "Connect" button located on the backside of the keyboard. Second, input the "PIN Code" displayed in Windows, followed by pressing the "Enter" key on the keyboard.
When the "Add a device" window appears as shown above, it's essential to press the "Connect" button located on the backside of the keyboard. This action ensures that the keyboard is prepared to be discovered by the AIO PC during the search process. When searched the keyboard, input the PIN on the keyboard within 10 seconds and press “Enter” key.
Now we can see both keyboard and mouse connected OK as below picture shows.
