Although the XP system has been discontinued for a long time, a small number of users are still retained in the market. XP system may lead to the loss of activation information when the computer hardware changes, and if you do not have a product key you will not be able to activate it through the wizard, and you will not be able to enter the desktop no matter how you click on it. When you also encounter similar problems, please do not be anxious, you can try to follow the steps below to solve the problem.
Step 1:
Restart your computer and click F8 on your keyboard repeatedly until the startup option appears in the screen.
Step 2:
In the startup options, select "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" > "Microsoft Windows XP Professional" > Select Current User Name to enter the CMD window;
Step 3:
Type "rundll32.exe syssetup,SetupOobeBnk" in the CMD window and press Enter to run it, which will not be provided after a successful run. Then type "shutdown -r -t 0" to restart the computer, after restarting you can usually enter the desktop normally.
PS: If you encounter an error while typing a command, it may be a command input error, pay attention to case-sensitive!
