When a computer lacks dual-channel memory configuration, the graphics card model typically shows as "Intel(R) UHD Graphics." This is a normal occurrence and does not impact functionality. To utilize "Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics," the following steps can be taken.
Solution:
(Prepare 1 memory stick of the same brand and capacity)
- Power off the computer and disassemble it.
- Install the additional memory stick into the SODIMM slot on the motherboard.
